Comment by Mightyblimp Due to a bug currently 4. If you're having difficulty with this quest it is possible to simply tabard grind around it or request an auto complete in a gm ticket. Edit: May no longer be required to progress, received the next quest in the chain after finishing the High Priest's quests so they may have implemented a temporary solution.

This doesn't seem to be a glitch, Blizz recently announced to make reputation gainig easier for alts. Comment by Swarovsky Tabard of Ramkahen is still grants reputation for 90 levels in all MoP dungeons.

I was able to get from Neutral to 1, of Revered by completing all quests in the zone that I was able to find that offered Ramkahen reputation. I have unlocked one daily quest in the zone but I'm still trying to figure out the end of the Harrison Jones quest line that supposedly unlocks a second daily.
I would also like to confirm that wearing the tabard in MoP Heroic Dungeons gives reputation for this faction even though the tabard states that it gives reputation while running Cataclysm heroics.
Comment by playami For Anyone trying to get rep for this in doing dungeons with the tabard These are rough calculations, with rounding. Conclusions: Running the 5 heroics mentioned will net you the most reputation per hour. After heroics, normal Grim Batol is the best reputation per hour with the 5 instance limit. However, you will need to find something else to do for 25 - 30 mins between each set of 5 instances, and spend the time traveling to and from your other activity.
Normal runs include run time back to the entrance. Comment by bloodyheal At the moment cataclysm reputations can be earned in all mist of pandaria dungeons wearing a tabard. The easiest way to gain reputation for me was running Mist of Pandaria heroic dungeons, which can easily be soloed as a level Each mob gives around 20 rep and the bosses - which is a lot more than the 55 that Cataclysm dungeons give.

Uldum daily quests - WoW Cataclysm If you want to become exalted faster with Ramkahen in Uldum you might want to consider making some daily quest beside wearing a tabard in dungeons.
I've found two funny daily quests in Uldum, see the picture bellow for the locations. The daily quest on the top of the map is that one where you must enter that tank from the cliff and take out the infanery, and the second daily quest is the funny one with the hammer and the pigmeys.
